We're very much aware that your biggest fear is ending up with a car that has a murky past - because it has been stolen, or rebuilt after a serious crash. 

ALL CARS SOLD AT AJN MOTORS ARE HPI CHECKED. Cars that are HPi checked ensures that the car isn't recorded by the police on industry databases as stolen, or that the DVLA has it down as fit only for scrapping. You can also be sure that the car hasn't been "written off" by an insurer because it has been stolen or crashed.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Deposits are obviously not refundable as they are a contract to purchase as with any other business. Deposits are held for a maximum of seven days unless agreed otherwise in writing or verbally. After the seven day period the contract shall be deemed to have been breached and the car shall be offered for sale once again.

Any car that develops a fault (wear and tear items excluded) within 30 days of purchase must be returned to us prior to any agreement to repair or refund. If you are seeking a refund you must provide evidence of the fault and also provide evidence that the fault was present at the point of sale, in writing. We can arrange for any repair to be carried out by our nominated repair centre.  Any car that develops a fault (wear and tear items excluded) must be returned to us to assess & repair as necessary. The customer will be responsible for the cost of returning goods to the supplying dealership in the event that they have to be returned for any reason whatsoever. Failure to adhere to this basic condition may result in any claim being lost by the customer. This condition is to allow us to assess & repair as necessary. Any refund will take into account the customer’s use of the goods.  Any refunds due will be made within 14 days after the vehicle is returned with all keys and documents. Any refund to the customer may be reduced by a deduction for use, to take account of the use the customer  has had of the vehicle
